A Brazilian Original: Ombr\u00e9 Chocolate<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Blending milk and dark, this single origin dark milk chocolate has a rich, indulgent flavour profile with strong cocoa notes and mild bitterness. While uncommon for a milk chocolate, the high cocoa percentage contributes to this, offering a wonderfully balanced chocolate.<\/p>

Part of the Single Origin range, Hukambi 53% is made using cocoa from the Southern Bahia region of Brazil.\u00a0It was made with ganache and cr\u00e9meux in mind, as well as bars, but is also perfect for moulding, coating and even ice cream!<\/p>
